Can I pause or cancel my subscription?Updated 3 months ago

We understand that life is busy and your coffee routine might change too. ☕️ For a temporary break from your Dios Mio Coffee deliveries, you can pause your subscription. This will put your plan on hold for a set period (options might vary) and resume deliveries automatically at the chosen time.   Follow these steps to manage your subscription: 


Log in to your account: Access your Dios Mio Coffee account with your email address and password.  Navigate to "Subscriptions": Once logged in, locate the section dedicated to "Subscriptions" or "My Subscriptions" on your account page.  View and Manage: In this section, you'll find an overview of your active subscription(s), including details like:  Subscription plan (2 weeks/ monthly) | Chosen roast(s) | Delivery frequency | Next delivery date | Delivery Address. Within this section, you can make adjustments to your subscription depending on your needs.  Follow the on-screen instructions to make the desired changes. 


*Please note that for our Subscription service, you can make changes or cancel your order up to 7 days before your subscription cutoff date.
